I found Davy last Sunday after listening to one of my favorite singer/songwriters, Matt Corby. Matt Is a young Aussie who is extremely talented and a mind blowingly good singer. However, after watching a couple of vids of Matt performing ACMH I saw Davy's 2008 version come up. I cicked on the link and within 5 seconds (not kidding) I knew I'd made a seriously good discovery. I loved the rich contrast of Davy's voice compared with Matt's and the different nuances he gave to the lyrics. It was wonderful watching a familiar song come to new life through Davy. And as for the guitar playing ...mesmerizing. I'm not a musician but I seriously could not look away. It also helps that Davy is very easy on the eye So since last week I've trawled YouTube and now want to buy everything I can of Davy's. I've fallen in love with Back Door Slam, I've cried to Stay, and I've been hooked on so many more. One notable ear worm is Slow Turning in the Thursday Throwbacks. Am so loving those, especially that one. Davy strikes me as a genuine lovely man who is living his passion with the highest integrity. I can't wait to experience a live show and I'm hoping it will be in Australia, specifically Adelaide, before too long!

Hi Joey, you can find the Melbourne album on Davy's merch site. There's also a DVD that was recorded on the Isle Of Man (Davy's home island) - highly recommended. BTW - this is the link to Davy's new website: www.davyknowles.com/.
